It is our policy that all families pay an enrolment fee (refunded at the end of your child’s care, with two weeks written notice).
All booked days must be paid for; this includes public holidays, sick days and holidays. However, holidays of 2 or more days will be charged at half fee if two weeks written notice is given by filling out a holiday request form.
We require all children to be collected from the centre by 6.30pm, any child not collected by closing time will have a late fee added to their statement.
If you are planning holidays, a holiday application form is available from the office. This form must be filled out two weeks prior to the first day of leave to receive half price fees. Half price fees are for up to four weeks per financial year.
Two weeks written notice is required if you wish to cancel a booking or terminate your child’s position at Learn Smart Early Learning Centre. Failure to do so will require parents to pay two weeks’ full fees. All accounts must be finalised by then end of your child’s care as any outstanding accounts will be forwarded to debt collection agencies.
