Our Fees & Rebates Structure
At both Berwick & Lyndhurst Centres we have a simple and no-fuss policy regarding fees. All families are required to pay an enrolment fee (refunded at the end of your child’s care with a two weeks written notice). All booked days must be paid for. This includes public holidays, sick days and holidays. However, holidays of two or more days will be charged at half fee with the condition that at least two weeks’ written notice is given by filling out a holiday request form.
Late Pick-Up Fee
All children have to be collected from the centre by 6.30pm. Failing to adhere to this rule, the late fee will be added to the statement. Although we offer flexible sessions, we cannot operate beyond these hours and kindly request that you take responsibility for tardiness.
Holidays
If you are planning holidays, a holiday application form is available from the office. This form must be filled and submitted two weeks prior to the first day of leave to receive half price fees concession. Half price fees are applicable for up to four weeks per financial year.
Cancellations and Terminations
Two weeks written notice is mandatory if you wish to cancel a booking or terminate your child’s position at Learn Smart Early Learning Centres. Failure to do so will require parents to pay two weeks’ full fees. All accounts with our childcare centre / kindergarten must be finalised by the end of your child’s term in the centre.
